WHO WE ARE

Corner Lot Advisors is a multi-family real estate acquisitions and asset management company based in Bethesda, Maryland. Focused on the greater Washington, DC Metropolitan area, Corner Lot Advisors utilizes its in-depth market knowledge and strong relationship base with brokers, lenders and institutional investors to deliver to its partners above market risk adjusted returns through detailed project renovations, hands on asset management and strategic asset repositioning.

OUR TEAM

Michael "Chip" Davis

Managing Principal | President

Chip is Founder, Managing Principal and President of Corner Lot Advisors.  He leads all aspects of Corner Lot with a focus on acquisitions, underwriting, project structuring and fund raising. Chip started his career in real estate by helping maintain the various properties owned by the Floyd E. Davis Companies and their family business.  Prior to actively investing in real estate, Mr. Davis was the Asset Manager of a multi-family portfolio consisting of over 1,300 apartments totaling over $150 million in value.

Chip is a fourth generation Washingtonian and comes from a family with a long history in Real Estate Development. Mr. Davis has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University and holds a real estate license in the State of Maryland. Mr. Davis is an active member in his community and has served on both board and advisory positions for various real estate organizations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Ryan M. Mason

Principal | Vice President

Ryan is Principal and Vice President of Corner Lot Advisors. He is responsible for procuring project financing and cash flow management, as well as corporate finance and investor relations. Prior to joining Corner Lot, Ryan served in the same capacity for 16 years at Donatelli Development, a multi-family real estate developer based in Bethesda, Maryland. Before Donatelli, Mr. Mason was employed at Potomac Capital Advisors, a private equity fund manager focused on acquiring mutli-family, commercial office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.

A third generation Washingtonian, Mr. Mason is a graduate of Georgetown Preparatory School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentrating in Finance from Mary Washington College.  Mr. Mason received a master’s degree in real estate development from the Carey School of Business at the Johns Hopkins University.
